esee.lk වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීම, ගිණුමක් සෑදීම, භාණ්ඩ බැලීම, ඇණවුම් කිරීම හෝ සේවා ලබාගැනීම මඟින් ඔබ මෙම පාරිභෝගික භාවිත නියම සහ කොන්දේසිවලට එකඟ වන බව සැලකේ.
esee.lk යනු විවිධ විකුණුම්කරුවන්, ආනයනකරුවන්, නිෂ්පාදකයන්, තොග වෙළෙන්දන්, සේවා සපයන්නන් සහ පාරිභෝගිකයන් සම්බන්ධ කරන මාර්ගගත වෙළඳපොළකි.
1. වෙබ් අඩවියේ භාවිතය
මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය නීත්‍යානුකූල සහ සාධාරණ අරමුණු සඳහා පමණක් භාවිතා කළ යුතුය.

2. ගිණුම් සෑදීම
ගිණුමක් සෑදීමේදී ඔබ ලබාදෙන නම, දුරකථන අංකය, ලිපිනය සහ අනෙකුත් තොරතුරු නිවැරදි විය යුතුය.
ඔබගේ ගිණුමෙන් සිදුවන සියලු ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සඳහා ඔබ වගකිව යුතුය. ඔබගේ මුරපදය සහ ගිණුම් තොරතුරු ආරක්ෂා කිරීම ඔබගේ වගකීමකි.
3. භාණ්ඩ සහ සේවා පිළිබඳ තොරතුරු
esee.lk හි පෙන්වන භාණ්ඩ සහ සේවා විවිධ විකුණුම්කරුවන් විසින් ඇතුළත් කරනු ලබයි.
භාණ්ඩයේ නම, විස්තරය, මිල, පින්තූර, තොග ප්‍රමාණය, වගකීම් තත්ත්වය, බෙදාහැරීමේ විස්තර සහ අනෙකුත් තොරතුරු සඳහා අදාළ විකුණුම්කරු වගකිව යුතුය.
esee.lk හැකි තරම් නිවැරදි තොරතුරු පෙන්වීමට උත්සාහ කරන නමුත්, විකුණුම්කරුවන් විසින් ලබාදෙන සියලු තොරතුරු සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම නිවැරදි බවට සහතික නොවේ.
4. පින්තූර සහ සැබෑ භාණ්ඩය
වෙබ් අඩවියේ පෙන්වන පින්තූර, වර්ණ, ප්‍රමාණ, ඇසුරුම්, උපාංග සහ නිමාව සැබෑ භාණ්ඩයෙන් සුළු වශයෙන් වෙනස් විය හැක.
පාරිභෝගිකයා භාණ්ඩයක් ඇණවුම් කිරීමට පෙර විස්තරය හොඳින් කියවා, අවශ්‍ය නම් විකුණුම්කරුගෙන් වැඩිදුර තොරතුරු ලබාගත යුතුය.
5. මිල සහ තොග තත්ත්වය
වෙබ් අඩවියේ පෙන්වන මිල, වට්ටම් සහ තොග තත්ත්වය කලින් දැනුම්දීමකින් තොරව වෙනස් විය හැක.
ඇණවුමක් කළ පසුද, තොග නොමැති වීම, මිල වෙනස් වීම, සැපයුම් ප්‍රමාද වීම හෝ වෙනත් සාධාරණ හේතු මත ඇණවුම ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීමට හෝ වෙනස් කිරීමට අදාළ විකුණුම්කරුට හෝ esee.lk වෙත අයිතිය ඇත.
6. ඇණවුම් කිරීම
පාරිභෝගිකයා ඇණවුමක් කිරීමේදී නිවැරදි නම, දුරකථන අංකය, බෙදාහැරීමේ ලිපිනය සහ අවශ්‍ය තොරතුරු ලබාදිය යුතුය.
වැරදි ලිපිනයක්, වැරදි දුරකථන අංකයක් හෝ පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ ප්‍රතිචාර නොමැති වීම නිසා බෙදාහැරීම ප්‍රමාද වීම හෝ අසාර්ථක වීම සිදුවිය හැක.
7. ගෙවීම්
ගෙවීම් සිදුකිරීමේදී පාරිභෝගිකයා නිවැරදි සහ නීත්‍යානුකූල ගෙවීම් ක්‍රම භාවිතා කළ යුතුය.
ගෙවීම් සාර්ථකව සිදුවූ පසු පමණක් ඇණවුම සැකසීම ආරම්භ විය හැක.
බැංකු ගාස්තු, ගෙවීම් සේවා ගාස්තු හෝ වෙනත් අමතර ගාස්තු ඇත්නම් ඒවා පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් දරනු ලැබිය හැක.
8. බෙදාහැරීම
බෙදාහැරීමේ කාලය භාණ්ඩයේ වර්ගය, විකුණුම්කරුගේ ස්ථානය, පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ ලිපිනය, ප්‍රවාහන සේවාව, කාලගුණය, රජයේ නීති හෝ අනෙකුත් බාහිර හේතු මත වෙනස් විය හැක.
බෙදාහැරීමේ ප්‍රමාද සඳහා esee.lk සෘජුව වගකිව නොහැකි අවස්ථා තිබිය හැක.
9. භාණ්ඩ භාරගැනීම
භාණ්ඩය ලබාගන්නා අවස්ථාවේදී පාරිභෝගිකයා ඇසුරුම, භාණ්ඩයේ තත්ත්වය සහ ප්‍රමාණය පරීක්ෂා කළ යුතුය.
හානි වූ, වැරදි වූ හෝ අසම්පූර්ණ භාණ්ඩයක් ලැබුණහොත් හැකි ඉක්මනින් අදාළ විකුණුම්කරුට හෝ esee.lk වෙත දැනුම්දිය යුතුය.
10. ආපසු භාරදීම සහ මුදල් ආපසු ලබාදීම
භාණ්ඩ ආපසු භාරදීම, මාරු කිරීම හෝ මුදල් ආපසු ලබාදීමේ නීති භාණ්ඩයේ වර්ගය, විකුණුම්කරුගේ ප්‍රතිපත්තිය සහ භාණ්ඩයේ තත්ත්වය අනුව වෙනස් විය හැක.
භාවිතා කරන ලද, හානි කළ, ඇසුරුම විනාශ කළ, පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ වැරදි භාවිතය නිසා හානි වූ හෝ නැවත විකිණීමට නොහැකි භාණ්ඩ ආපසු භාරගැනීම ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කළ හැක.
11. වගකීම් සහ පසු සේවා
භාණ්ඩ සඳහා වගකීමක් තිබේ නම් එය අදාළ විකුණුම්කරු, නිෂ්පාදකයා හෝ ආනයනකරු විසින් ලබාදෙන වගකීමකි.
වගකීම් කාලය, කොන්දේසි, සේවා ස්ථානය සහ ආවරණය වන දේවල් භාණ්ඩය අනුව වෙනස් විය හැක.
esee.lk වෙළඳපොළක් ලෙස පාරිභෝගිකයා සහ විකුණුම්කරු අතර සම්බන්ධතාවයට සහාය විය හැකි නමුත්, සියලු වගකීම් සෘජුව esee.lk මගින් ලබාදෙන බවක් නොසැලකේ.
12. තහනම් භාණ්ඩ සහ සේවා
නීති විරෝධී, වංචාකාරී, හානිදායක, අවසර නොමැති, හෝ රටේ නීතිවලට පටහැනි භාණ්ඩ සහ සේවා esee.lk හරහා මිලදී ගැනීම, විකිණීම හෝ ප්‍රචාරණය කිරීම තහනම්ය.
එවැනි ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හඳුනාගත් විට ගිණුම් අත්හිටුවීම, ඇණවුම් අවලංගු කිරීම හෝ අවශ්‍ය නීතිමය පියවර ගැනීම සිදුකළ හැක.
13. විකුණුම්කරුවන් සමඟ සන්නිවේදනය
පාරිභෝගිකයා විකුණුම්කරුවන් සමඟ සන්නිවේදනය කිරීමේදී ගෞරවනීය, නීත්‍යානුකූල සහ වෘත්තීය ආකාරයෙන් කටයුතු කළ යුතුය.
අපහාස, තර්ජන, වංචා, අසත්‍ය තොරතුරු ලබාදීම හෝ නුසුදුසු හැසිරීම තහනම්ය.
14. පාරිභෝගික දත්ත
පාරිභෝගිකයා ලබාදෙන නම, දුරකථන අංකය, ලිපිනය, ගෙවීම් තොරතුරු සහ ඇණවුම් තොරතුරු ඇණවුම් සැකසීම, බෙදාහැරීම, සේවා සැපයීම සහ පාරිභෝගික සහාය සඳහා භාවිතා කළ හැක.
පාරිභෝගික දත්ත අනවශ්‍ය ලෙස තෙවන පාර්ශවයන්ට ලබා නොදීමට esee.lk උත්සාහ කරයි. නමුත් ඇණවුම සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම සඳහා අදාළ විකුණුම්කරුට, බෙදාහැරීමේ සේවාවට හෝ ගෙවීම් සේවා සපයන්නන්ට අවශ්‍ය තොරතුරු ලබාදිය හැක.
15. ගිණුම් අත්හිටුවීම
පාරිභෝගිකයෙකු මෙම නියම සහ කොන්දේසි උල්ලංඝනය කළහොත්, ව්‍යාජ ඇණවුම් කළහොත්, වංචාකාරී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සිදුකළහොත් හෝ esee.lk වෙත හානිවන ලෙස කටයුතු කළහොත්, එම ගිණුම තාවකාලිකව හෝ ස්ථිරව අත්හිටුවීමට esee.lk වෙත අයිතිය ඇත.
16. වගකීම් සීමාව
esee.lk මාර්ගගත වෙළඳපොළක් ලෙස ක්‍රියා කරයි.
භාණ්ඩයේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය, භාණ්ඩයේ විස්තරය, භාණ්ඩයේ පින්තූර, වගකීම්, බෙදාහැරීම, පසු සේවා සහ විකුණුම්කරුගේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සඳහා මූලික වගකීම අදාළ විකුණුම්කරු සතු වේ.
esee.lk විසින් පාරිභෝගිකයා සහ විකුණුම්කරු අතර ඇති ගැටලු විසඳීමට සහාය විය හැකි නමුත්, සියලු ගැටලු සඳහා සෘජු වගකීම භාර නොගනී.
17. ඇණවුම් අවලංගු කිරීම
තොග නොමැති වීම, මිල වැරදි ලෙස පෙන්වීම, භාණ්ඩය ලබාදිය නොහැකි වීම, පාරිභෝගිකයා සම්බන්ධ කරගත නොහැකි වීම, ගෙවීම් ගැටලු හෝ වංචාකාරී ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සැකවීම වැනි හේතු මත ඇණවුමක් අවලංගු කළ හැක.
18. නීති සහ ගැටලු විසඳීම
මෙම නියම සහ කොන්දේසි ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අදාළ නීතිවලට යටත් වේ.
පාරිභෝගිකයා සහ විකුණුම්කරු අතර ගැටලුවක් ඇති වුවහොත් මුලින්ම සාකච්ඡා මඟින් විසඳීමට උත්සාහ කළ යුතුය. අවශ්‍ය නම් esee.lk මැදිහත්ව සහාය ලබාදිය හැක.
19. නියම සහ කොන්දේසි වෙනස් කිරීම
esee.lk වෙත මෙම පාරිභෝගික භාවිත නියම සහ කොන්දේසි ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමට හෝ වෙනස් කිරීමට අයිතිය ඇත.
නව නියම සහ කොන්දේසි වෙබ් අඩවියේ පළ කළ පසු ඒවා ක්‍රියාත්මක වන බව සැලකේ.
20. එකඟතාවය
esee.lk භාවිතා කිරීම, ගිණුමක් සෑදීම, භාණ්ඩ ඇණවුම් කිරීම හෝ සේවා ලබාගැනීම මඟින් ඔබ මෙම පාරිභෝගික භාවිත නියම සහ කොන්දේසි කියවා, තේරුම් ගෙන, ඒවාට එකඟ වන බව තහවුරු කරයි.
