ESEE Vendor Agreement
Welcome to esee.lk.
This Agreement contains the terms, conditions, responsibilities, and obligations applicable to all sellers, wholesalers, importers, manufacturers, distributors, and service providers who display, advertise, promote, or sell products and services through esee.lk.
By creating an account, listing products or services, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. About esee.lk
esee.lk is a multi-vendor online marketplace that connects customers and sellers.
esee.lk operates solely as a marketplace platform and does not act as the direct seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, or owner of products listed by vendors.
2. Vendor Eligibility Requirements
To become a vendor, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate personal and business information.
Operate a lawful business.
Have legal rights to sell the products or services you offer.
Maintain a valid phone number and email address.
Cooperate with verification procedures when requested.
esee.lk reserves the right to:
Approve vendor applications.
Reject vendor applications.
Request additional information.
Temporarily suspend accounts.
Permanently terminate accounts.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
The vendor is solely responsible for:
Product quality.
Product authenticity.
Product safety.
Pricing.
Product descriptions.
Product images.
Inventory management.
Packaging.
Shipping and delivery.
Warranty services.
Customer support.
Legal compliance.
Taxes and import duties.
After-sales services.
All product information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
4. Product Information and Accuracy
Products listed by vendors must:
Include accurate names and descriptions.
Use genuine product images whenever possible.
Clearly state product specifications and features.
Display accurate pricing.
Maintain updated stock availability.
Clearly indicate estimated delivery times.
Vendors must clearly disclose:
Whether images show the actual product.
Whether images are for illustration purposes only.
Any color variations.
Any size variations.
Whether accessories shown are included.
Due to lighting conditions, packaging updates, manufacturing changes, display settings, or photography differences, the actual product may vary slightly from the images displayed.
However, if a product significantly differs from the description or images provided, the vendor shall be held responsible.
Misleading images, false descriptions, or deceptive product presentations are strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Products and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Illegal products.
Counterfeit or fake branded products.
Unsafe products.
Weapons and firearms.
Explosives.
Illegal drugs and narcotics.
Stolen goods.
Obscene or offensive materials.
Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
Fraudulent advertisements.
False shipping information.
False inventory information.
Fake reviews or ratings.
Violations may result in:
Temporary suspension.
Permanent account termination.
Withholding of payments.
Legal action.
esee.lk reserves the right to take any of the above actions at its discretion.
6. Trusted Vendor Badge
esee.lk may award a Trusted Vendor Badge to selected vendors.
Eligibility may be based on:
Business verification.
Customer feedback.
Product quality.
Service reliability.
Overall marketplace performance.
The badge may be revoked at any time without prior notice.
7. Orders and Order Processing
Vendors must:
Process orders promptly.
Communicate respectfully with customers.
Maintain reasonable response times.
Dispatch products within stated timeframes.
Provide accurate delivery information.
Frequent delays, cancellations, or poor service may negatively impact vendor accounts.
8. Payments and Commissions
esee.lk may charge:
Sales commissions.
Service fees.
Advertising fees.
Transaction fees.
Such fees may be amended from time to time at the discretion of esee.lk.
9. Payment Holds
To protect customers and marketplace integrity, payments may be temporarily withheld:
Until delivery confirmation is received.
Until fraud investigations are completed.
Until disputes are resolved.
10. Shipping Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
Packaging products.
Dispatching products.
Coordinating shipping arrangements.
esee.lk shall not be liable for:
Shipping delays.
Damage during transit.
Lost parcels.
Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers.
11. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
Returns, refunds, or exchanges may apply in situations including:
Incorrect products received.
Damaged products received.
Defective products received.
Products that do not match their descriptions.
esee.lk reserves the right to investigate disputes and make final determinations where necessary.
12. Customer Communications
Vendors may communicate with customers through:
Telephone.
SMS or messaging platforms.
Email.
Website communication systems.
However, vendors must not:
Misuse customer information.
Use customer information for fraudulent activities.
Share customer information without authorization.
13. Intellectual Property and Content
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, including:
Images.
Logos.
Product descriptions.
Videos.
Trademarks.
does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
14. Imported Products
For imported products, vendors are solely responsible for:
Customs clearance.
Taxes and duties.
Regulatory approvals.
Compliance with applicable laws.
Product safety standards.
15. Website Rights
esee.lk reserves the right to:
Modify policies and terms.
Suspend accounts.
Remove listings.
Refuse service.
Restrict marketplace access.
at its sole discretion.
16. Limitation of Liability
esee.lk operates solely as a marketplace platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, esee.lk shall not be liable for:
Business losses.
Product defects.
Shipping problems.
Customer disputes.
Import or export issues.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for reasons including:
Fraud.
Counterfeit products.
Violations of laws or regulations.
Fake reviews.
Misconduct or abuse of the platform.
18. Changes to this Agreement
esee.lk may update or modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

ESEE විකුණුම්කරු ගිවිසුම
esee.lk⁠� වෙත සාදරයෙන් පිළිගනිමු.
මෙම ගිවිසුම esee.lk වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා භාණ්ඩ හෝ සේවාවන් අලෙවි කිරීම, ප්‍රදර්ශනය කිරීම හෝ ප්‍රචාරණය කිරීම සඳහා සම්බන්ධ වන සියලුම විකුණුම්කරුවන්, තොග වෙළෙන්දන්, ආනයනකරුවන්, නිෂ්පාදකයන්, බෙදාහරින්නන් සහ සේවා සපයන්නන් සඳහා අදාළ වන නීති, කොන්දේසි සහ වගකීම් ඇතුළත් ගිවිසුමකි.
මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීම, ගිණුමක් සාදීම හෝ භාණ්ඩ ඇතුළත් කිරීම මඟින් ඔබ මෙම ගිවිසුමට එකඟ වන බව සලකනු ලැබේ.

1. esee.lk ගැන
esee.lk යනු පාරිභෝගිකයන් සහ විකුණුම්කරුවන් එකට සම්බන්ධ කරන බහු විකුණුම්කරුවන් සහිත අන්තර්ජාල වෙළඳපොළකි.
esee.lk වෙළඳපොළක් ලෙස පමණක් ක්‍රියා කරන අතර, විකුණුම්කරුවන් විසින් අලෙවි කරන භාණ්ඩ සඳහා සෘජු විකුණුම්කරු, නිෂ්පාදකයා හෝ ආනයනකරු ලෙස ක්‍රියා නොකරයි.

2. විකුණුම්කරු වීමට අවශ්‍ය සුදුසුකම්
විකුණුම්කරුවෙකු වීමට ඔබ:
වයස අවුරුදු 18 ට වැඩි විය යුතුය
නිවැරදි පුද්ගලික හා ව්‍යාපාරික තොරතුරු ලබා දිය යුතුය
නීත්‍යානුකූල ව්‍යාපාරයක් පවත්වාගෙන යා යුතුය
ඔබ අලෙවි කරන භාණ්ඩ සඳහා නීත්‍යානුකූල අයිතිය තිබිය යුතුය
ක්‍රියාකාරී දුරකථන අංකයක් සහ විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් ලිපිනයක් තිබිය යුතුය
අවශ්‍ය අවස්ථාවලදී සත්‍යාපන ක්‍රියාවලිය සඳහා සහය ලබා දිය යුතුය
esee.lk සතුව:
විකුණුම්කරුවන් අනුමත කිරීම
ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීම
අමතර තොරතුරු ඉල්ලීම
ගිණුම් තාවකාලිකව අත්හිටුවීම
ගිණුම් සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීම
යන අයිතිවාසිකම් පවතී.

3. විකුණුම්කරුගේ වගකීම්
විකුණුම්කරු සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වගකිව යුතු දේවල්:
භාණ්ඩයේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය
භාණ්ඩයේ සත්‍යභාවය
භාණ්ඩයේ ආරක්ෂාව
මිල ගණන්
භාණ්ඩ විස්තර
භාණ්ඩයේ පින්තූර
තොග පාලනය
ඇසුරුම් කිරීම
ප්‍රවාහනය
වගකීම් සේවා
පාරිභෝගික සහාය
නීතිමය අනුකූලතාව
බදු හා ආනයන ගාස්තු
අලෙවියෙන් පසු සේවාව
සියලුම භාණ්ඩ විස්තර නිවැරදි, සත්‍ය සහ නොමඟ යවන සුළු නොවිය යුතුය.

4. භාණ්ඩ තොරතුරු සහ නිවැරදිභාවය
විකුණුම්කරු විසින් ඇතුළත් කරන භාණ්ඩ:
නිවැරදි නම් සහ විස්තර සහිත විය යුතුය
සත්‍ය භාණ්ඩ පින්තූර භාවිතා කළ යුතුය
භාණ්ඩයේ ලක්ෂණ පැහැදිලිව සඳහන් කළ යුතුය
මිල නිවැරදිව සඳහන් කළ යුතුය
පවතින තොග තොරතුරු යාවත්කාලීන කළ යුතුය
බෙදාහැරීමේ කාලය පැහැදිලිව සඳහන් කළ යුතුය
විකුණුම්කරු විසින් පැහැදිලිව සඳහන් කළ යුතුය:
පින්තූරය සත්‍ය භාණ්ඩයේද
ආදර්ශ පින්තූරයක්ද
වර්ණ වෙනස්කම් තිබේද
ප්‍රමාණ වෙනස්කම් තිබේද
අමතර උපාංග ඇතුළත්ද නැද්ද
ආලෝක තත්ත්වය, ඇසුරුම් වෙනස්වීම්, තිර පෙන්වීම් හෝ නිෂ්පාදන යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම් හේතුවෙන් සත්‍ය භාණ්ඩයේ පෙනුම සුළු වශයෙන් වෙනස් විය හැක.
එහෙත් පාරිභෝගිකයාට ලැබෙන භාණ්ඩය දැක්වූ පින්තූර හෝ විස්තර වලට විශාල ලෙස නොගැලපේ නම් ඒ සඳහා විකුණුම්කරු වගකිව යුතුය.
නොමඟ යවන සුළු පින්තූර හෝ වංචාකාරී ප්‍රදර්ශනයක් සිදු කිරීම නීති උල්ලංඝනයක් ලෙස සලකනු ලැබේ.

5. තහනම් භාණ්ඩ සහ ක්‍රියාකාරකම්
පහත දේවල් දැඩි ලෙස තහනම් වේ:
නීති විරෝධී භාණ්ඩ
ව්‍යාජ වෙළඳ නාම භාණ්ඩ
අනාරක්ෂිත භාණ්ඩ
අවි ආයුධ
පුපුරණ ද්‍රව්‍ය
මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය
සොරකම් කරන ලද භාණ්ඩ
අසභ්‍ය හෝ අපහාසාත්මක ද්‍රව්‍ය
අන් අයගේ හිමිකම් උල්ලංඝනය කරන භාණ්ඩ
වංචාකාරී දැන්වීම්
ව්‍යාජ බෙදාහැරීමේ තොරතුරු
ව්‍යාජ තොග තොරතුරු
ව්‍යාජ ප්‍රතිචාර
මෙවැනි උල්ලංඝනයන් සඳහා:
ගිණුම තාවකාලිකව අත්හිටුවීම
ගිණුම සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීම
ගෙවීම් රඳවා තබා ගැනීම
නීතිමය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග
ගැනීමට esee.lk සතුව අයිතිය ඇත.

6. විශ්වාසනීය විකුණුම්කරු සලකුණ
esee.lk විසින් විශ්වාසනීය විකුණුම්කරුවන් සඳහා විශේෂ සලකුණු ලබා දිය හැක.
මෙය තීරණය කරනු ලබන්නේ:
ව්‍යාපාරික සත්‍යාපනය
පාරිභෝගික ප්‍රතිචාර
භාණ්ඩයේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය
සේවාවේ විශ්වාසනීයභාවය
වැනි කරුණු මතය.
මෙම සලකුණ ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක ඉවත් කළ හැක.

7. ඇණවුම් සහ ඇණවුම් ක්‍රියාවලිය
විකුණුම්කරු:
ඇණවුම් ඉක්මනින් සකස් කළ යුතුය
පාරිභෝගිකයන් සමඟ ගෞරවයෙන් කටයුතු කළ යුතුය
ප්‍රමාණවත් ප්‍රතිචාර කාලයක් පවත්වාගෙන යා යුතුය
නියමිත කාලය තුළ භාණ්ඩ යැවිය යුතුය
නිවැරදි බෙදාහැරීමේ තොරතුරු ලබා දිය යුතුය
නිතර ප්‍රමාදවීම්, අවලංගු කිරීම් හෝ දුර්වල සේවාව ගිණුමට බලපානු ඇත.

8. ගෙවීම් සහ කොමිස්
esee.lk විසින්:
විකුණුම් කොමිස්
සේවා ගාස්තු
ප්‍රචාරණ ගාස්තු
ගනුදෙනු ගාස්තු
අය කළ හැක.
මෙම ගාස්තු අවශ්‍යතාව අනුව වෙනස් කළ හැක.

9. ගෙවීම් රඳවා තබා ගැනීම
පාරිභෝගික ආරක්ෂාව සහ වෙළඳපොළ ආරක්ෂාව සඳහා ගෙවීම් තාවකාලිකව රඳවා තබා ගත හැක:
භාණ්ඩ ලැබුණු බව තහවුරු වන තෙක්
වංචා පරීක්ෂණ අවසන් වන තෙක්
ගැටලු නිරාකරණය වන තෙක්

10. බෙදාහැරීමේ වගකීම්
විකුණුම්කරු:
ඇසුරුම් කිරීම
භාණ්ඩ යැවීම
ප්‍රවාහන සම්බන්ධීකරණය
සඳහා වගකිව යුතුය.
පහත සඳහා esee.lk වගකිව නොහැක:
ප්‍රවාහන ප්‍රමාද
ප්‍රවාහනයේදී සිදුවන හානි
නැතිවූ පාර්සල්
වැරදි ලිපින

11. ආපසු ලබා ගැනීම් සහ ගැටලු
පහත අවස්ථාවලදී ආපසු ලබා ගැනීම් හෝ මුදල් ආපසු ලබා දීම අදාළ විය හැක:
වැරදි භාණ්ඩයක් ලැබීම
හානියට පත් භාණ්ඩයක් ලැබීම
දෝෂ සහිත භාණ්ඩයක් ලැබීම
විස්තරයට නොගැලපෙන භාණ්ඩයක් ලැබීම
esee.lk සතුව ගැටලු පරීක්ෂා කිරීමේ සහ තීරණ ගැනීමේ අයිතිය පවතී.

12. පාරිභෝගික සම්බන්ධතා
විකුණුම්කරුවන්ට පාරිභෝගිකයන් සමඟ දුරකථන, පණිවිඩ, විද්‍යුත් තැපෑල හෝ වෙබ් අඩවියේ සන්නිවේදන පද්ධතිය හරහා සම්බන්ධ විය හැක.
එහෙත්:
පාරිභෝගික තොරතුරු අනිසි ලෙස භාවිතා කිරීම
වංචාකාරී කටයුතු සඳහා යොදා ගැනීම
තහනම් වේ.

13. හිමිකම් සහ අන්තර්ගතය
විකුණුම්කරු විසින් ඇතුළත් කරන:
පින්තූර
ලාංඡන
විස්තර
වීඩියෝ
වෙළඳ නාම
අන් අයගේ හිමිකම් උල්ලංඝනය නොකරන බව තහවුරු කළ යුතුය.

14. ආනයනික භාණ්ඩ
ආනයනික භාණ්ඩ සඳහා:
රේගු කටයුතු
බදු
නීතිමය අනුමැතිය
ආරක්ෂක ප්‍රමිතීන්
සඳහා විකුණුම්කරු වගකිව යුතුය.

15. වෙබ් අඩවියේ අයිතිවාසිකම්
esee.lk සතුව:
නීති වෙනස් කිරීම
ගිණුම් අත්හිටුවීම
භාණ්ඩ ඉවත් කිරීම
සේවාව ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීම
යන අයිතිවාසිකම් පවතී.

16. වගකීම් සීමා කිරීම
esee.lk වෙළඳපොළක් ලෙස පමණක් ක්‍රියා කරයි.
පහත සඳහා අපි වගකිව නොහැක:
ව්‍යාපාරික පාඩු
භාණ්ඩ දෝෂ
බෙදාහැරීමේ ගැටලු
පාරිභෝගික ගැටලු
ආනයන හෝ අපනයන ගැටලු

17. ගිණුම් අත්හිටුවීම
පහත හේතු මත ගිණුම් අත්හිටුවිය හෝ ඉවත් කළ හැක:
වංචා
ව්‍යාජ භාණ්ඩ
නීති උල්ලංඝනය
ව්‍යාජ ප්‍රතිචාර
අනිසි ක්‍රියාකාරකම්

18. ගිවිසුම් වෙනස් කිරීම
මෙම ගිවිසුම ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක වෙනස් කළ හැක.
වෙනස් කිරීමෙන් පසුව වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීම නව කොන්දේසි පිළිගැනීමක් ලෙස සලකනු ලැබේ.

19. නීතිමය බලය
මෙම ගිවිසුම ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ නීති යටතේ පාලනය වේ.
